I need to email the TCS report to my CA but am unable to save/export it from BUSY Software. What should I do?

You can send TCS report to your CA by email direct from BUSY and export in above format PDF, Excel, Html, csv. 
 To export file and email or direct email by BUSY Kindly follow the following Steps. 
 Step 1: To generate TCS Report Go to Display Menu click on TDS / TCS Reports. 
 Step 2: Click on TCS Collection Details option 
 Step 3: Select All Category - All References option 
 Step 4: Select Stating date, Ending date and Report Status as on date. 
 Step 5: click on OK you will get TCS Details report. 
 Step 6: If you want to export as you required format in PDF, Excel and want to send by manual email. 
 Step 7: Export TCS report on desktop or any other local drive and attach to email and send by gmail.com or outlook 
 Step 8: You can send direct TCS Report from BUSY for that need to do email configuration in BUSY. 
 Step 9: After configuration of email you can send direct TCS report to your CA or anyone. 
 Step 10: In TCS Details report click on email option or use ALT + M will popup email window enter details and click on send.
