The main difference between the old BUSY mobile app and the new BUSY BNS app is the addition of the BUSY Notification System (BNS) feature in the new app. BNS allows users to receive notifications on their mobile devices for various reports and updates related to sales, purchase, receivables, payables, and stock data.

To fix notification issues, follow these steps:
Step1 After logging in, go to Administration in your company account.
Step2 Click on Configuration, then select Features and Options.
Step3 Navigate to the General Tab and create a BDEP ID.
Step4 Enter the BDEP ID and password.
As an alternative, ensure that your BUSYBNS application on your mobile is up-to-date.

To add a custom opening balance or closing balance column in BUSY, you can go to the display options of the transaction list view and select the "Custom Column" button. From there, you can enter the format name and add a new column for the custom opening balance or closing balance .

For merging of duplicate customer master entries in BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Bulk Updation 
 Step 3:- Merge Masters
 Step 4:- Accounts, Select duplicate master in source and other in targeted in which you wants to merge.
 Note:- please do backup before processing

The F5 function in BUSY is used to select a saved number. To use it, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard and it will display a list of saved numbers. You can then select the desired number from the list.This will be showing on Billing Shipping details .

There could be several reasons why the mobile app is not working properly. 
Step 1: It could be due to a poor internet connection, it is recommended to check your internet connection
Step 2: update the app to the latest version
Step 3: clear chache of mobile app and reinstall then login again

If PDF is not receiving in BUSY BNS app, then you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Make sure you are using the updated version of BUSY BNS app.
Step 2: Ensure the BDEP Id is mentioned in the general tab.
Step 3: Check your antivirus is not blocking the BUSY application.

To avoid constant reinstall of BUSY BNS app is not working properly.
