The BUSY BNS app provide by the BUSY on which you get the notifications which are send from BUSY.
BUSY also allow you to send invoice & documents through whatsapp and it is different with BUSY BNS app. However you can share the notification from your BNS app through whatsapp.

To receive notifications from BUSY on your email or phone, you can configure the email notification settings in BUSY by specifying the correct email details. You can also enable the option to send notifications to the BUSY BNS app on your mobile phone by providing your mobile number.

If you get an error message that the PDF is too large, see the following step:

Step 2: Click on the date and time.

After changes, the time zone check issue will be solved.

If BNS is showing mobile no has been registered on some other
device then please follow the given steps in your mobile
Step 1: Go to setting then app management then select BNS
 application.
Step 2: Then select storage usage 
Step 3: Then select clear cache then reregister in BNS.

BUSY, automatic printing of documents or invoices is not supported, and users need to manually follow prompt messages to initiate the printing process. Additionally, you have the option to print documents in bulk. Here's a general overview of how this manual printing process typically works

In BUSY, it's useful to know that there are features for sending pending emails, SMS, and notifications from offline mode. These features can be valuable for ensuring that important communications are delivered, even when a user is temporarily offline or disconnected from the internet.

To login and authorize BUSY Agent to backup data to your Google Drive, you need to enter your email ID in the BUSY Agent configuration and click on the authorize button. This will grant BUSY Agent access to your Google Drive for backup purposes.

To stop BNS from getting closed automatically in BUSY due to CDS, you can try clearing the app cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the BNS application. Additionally, make sure that all the necessary permissions are allowed for the BNS application in your mobile settings.
