Here's a simplified step-by-step guide to save auto-backups from BUSY on Google Drive: 
 Step 1:Download and install BUSY Agent. 
 Step 2:Open BUSY Agent on your computer. 
 Step 3:Look for the backup configuration option (Google Drive) in BUSY Agent. 
 Step 4:Select Create backup on Google Drive and set it to Y for Yes. 
 Step 5:Enter the email address for backup. 
 Step 6:Validate the email address. 
 Step 7:Configure the backup schedule within BUSY. 
 Step 8:Save Backup on Google Drive: 
 Ensure that during the configuration, you specify to save the backup on Google Drive. 
 By following these steps, auto-backups from BUSY will be saved on Google Drive automatically according to the specified schedule.

To configure BUSY Agent to take backup automatically, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY Agent and configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
 Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and specify the backup path and schedule the backup timming after click on Backup Schedule.
 Step 3: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
 Step 4: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to turn on automatic when you open the system.
 Now, your data will be backed up on Local Drive & Google Drive at the scheduled time.

To schedule automatic backup through BUSY Agent, you need to follow these steps

To get notifications for successful backup in the BUSY Agent application, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent application and click on the General Configuration.
 Step 2: Check the box for Send Notifications through Email and enter the email id where you want to receive the notifications.
 Step 3: Then, configure the Email Sending settings and enter the SMTP Server email id and password that you want to use to send the notifications.
 Step 4: You can also check the box for Send Notifications to BUSYBNS and enter the mobile number that is registered on the BUSY BNS application.
 Save the settings and you will get notifications after every successful backup as per your preferences.

When we take backup on BUSY Agent, It works only with active BLS. If BLS get expired then need to renew either direct from Company or from Channel Partner. With Expire BLS, We can take backup only from Backup configuration option in the BUSY.

 Step 4: Specify the folder path from Monday to Sunday for Company backup
 Step 5: Enable the Prompt for backup & Enforce, In Case of Prompt will ask for backup while closing the company but In case of Enforce Company will not get close without backup.
 Note : Customer Support is Only available with Active BLS.

To resolve incorrect backup size on Google Drive for BUSY, you can try the following steps:
 1. Check the backup settings in BUSY to ensure that the correct backup size is selected.
 2. Verify that the backup files are being properly compressed before being uploaded to Google Drive.
 3. Make sure that there are no duplicate backup files or unnecessary files taking up space on Google Drive.
 4. If the issue persists, you can try deleting the existing backup files on Google Drive and perform a fresh backup to see if the correct size is reflected.

If BUSY Agent not taking backup on google drive, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Ensure that BUSY Agent is running in the background. You need to make sure that BUSY Agent is active and working properly. 
 Step 2: Check if Gmail id authentication is removed from BUSY Agent. You need to authorize BUSY Agent to access your Google Drive account.
 Step 3: Make sure that Internet connection is available. You need to have a stable and reliable internet connection to backup your data on Google Drive.
 Step 4: Check the enough space available on Google Drive. You need to have enough free space on your Google Drive account to store your backup files.

To improve the performance of the BUSY agent, you can try the following Steps:
Step 1 : Format your system and install BUSY on an SSD drive.
Step 2 : Take a data backup before formatting to avoid any data loss.
Step 3 : Check for any recent Windows updates that may be causing issues with BUSY.
Step 4 : Ensure that your computer meets the system requirements for BUSY.
Step 5 : Optimize your hardware configuration to better support BUSY's performance.
