To backup your data on Google Drive from BUSY, follow these steps:
 Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
 Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
 Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
 Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
 Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
 Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

To optimize backup speed in BUSY, you can try the following steps:
 1. Close any unnecessary programs or applications running in the background to free up system resources.
 2. Make sure you have enough free disk space on the drive where the backup is being saved.
 3. Check your internet connection speed, as a slow connection can affect backup speed.
 4. Consider using a faster storage device, such as an SSD, for storing the backup files.
 5. If possible, schedule backups during off-peak hours when the system is less BUSY.
 6. Ensure that you are using the latest version of BUSY, as updates often include performance improvements.
 7. If the issue persists, you may need to contact BUSY support for further assistance in optimizing backup speed.

To upload data to Google Drive using BUSY  , Please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

To take backup on google drive, follow these steps:
Step 1: Download BUSYAgent from our official site busy.in.
Step 2: Install application in same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: BUSY agent will open after installation. Now, Go to general configuration and define the BUSY data path then save the configuration.
Step 4: Next,Go in backup configuration then specify path for local backup with schedule for backup.
Step 5: Afterward, Go to Backup configuration Google drive then specify Y to enable the create backup on google drive option.
Step 6: Define the gmail account then authorise it for BUSY Agent, update the backup schedule and save the configuration.
Step 7: Now, you can manually take backup by simply click on backup now then select google drive and take backup.

To set backup configuration on google drive , Please follow below steps :

Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

There could be several reasons for not taking BUSY agent backup on scheduled time 
1 it could be possible BUSY agent wasnt enable at that moment 
2 it could be possible in google drive their was not enough space 
3 It could be possible at the time of backup there were generated any internet issue 
or data error in BUSY 
to troubleshoot the error follow the steps 
1 ensure BUSY agent running properly on time to time check the schedule timing and day 
2 check the space in google drive if there were not enough space then remove some useless 
data 
3 check the BUSY companies data if any error showing then rectify the error first 
check the internet connection properly 

You can schedule the backup in BUSY agent by follow these steps:
Step 1: Download BUSYAgent from our official site busy.in.
Step 2: Install application in same drive and folder where Buys installed.
Step 3: BUSY agent will open after installation. Now, Go to general configuration and define the BUSY data path then save the configuration.
Step 4: Next,Go in backup configuration then specify path for local backup with schedule for backup.
Step 5: Afterward, Go to Backup configuration Google drive then specify Y to enable the create backup on google drive option.
Step 6: Define the gmail account then authorise it for BUSY Agent, update the backup schedule and save the configuration.
Note - BUSY agent must be run on startup to take auto backup as per schedule.

For backup fixes, You can install and uninstall the BUSY Agent from below Steps :
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Uninstall BUSY Agent :
 Step 1: Go to the control panel 
 Step 2: Then programs and features
 Step 3: Select the BUSYagent then do the right click and uninstall it.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Install BUSY Agent :
 Step 1: Download the BUSY agent setup from site www.busy.in or can download it from the BUSY itself from check BUSY updates under company menu.
 Step 2: Install the BUSY agent setup in the drive in which BUSY is already installed.
 Step 3: Open the BUSY agent and do the backup configuration for local and google drive.
