 Step 1: Make sure that the backup configuration should be proper in BUSY Agent.
 Step 2: It should be installed the latest version of BUSY Agent
 Step 3: Make sure that the time should be mention in the BUSYAgent.
 Step 4: Check the backup folder of that scheduled time. 
 Step 5: Add to startup the BUSYAgent so that it will take backup on scheduled time. 
 Step 6: Exclude BUSYAgent in the Antivirus.

If some features in BUSY Agent are not working as expected, you can try troubleshooting by checking 
Step 1 : check BUSY model selected
Step 2 : check all features must be enable in BUSY version
Step 3 : your user permissions, 
Step 4 : verifying system configurations
Step 5 : ensuring that you are using the correct login credentials. 
Step 6 : You can also try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the software if necessary.
