In Demo mode, we will not able to take backup on google drive from BUSY Agent. It is use with the active BLS Subscription. If BLS is expired then have to renew it then only we will able to use the BUSY Agent backup on Google Drive.

If backup is not done on Google drive on schedule time.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Make sure should have proper internet connection.
 Step 2: There should be sufficient space in Google Drive
 Step 3: Proper Google Drive setting should be configured in BUSY.

You can update the email Id for Google Drive backup in the BUSY Agent.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent
 Step 2: Go to the google drive option
 Step 3: Here can update the email ID and do the authentication.
