To select specific folders for backup in BUSY Agent then Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY agent
 Step 2: Go to the backup configuration of local drive
 Step 3: Select the specific folder in which you want to take backup.

No, You should not receive any error messages from BUSY Agent asking you to change your computer security settings. However, if you do encounter such messages, you can fix the problem by adding BUSY Agent to the exclusion list of your antivirus or firewall program.

To check the backup folder iin your system when you take backup from BUSY agent follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY agent and go to backup configuration local option
Step 2: Then note the specifed path for backup and follow the path to find backup folder.

BUSY has option to take backup either on local drive or google drive so make sure your system is secure with antivirus so no malware attack on drive and on google drive set two step verification so that no one can login your gmail id.

To minimize the BUSY Agent to the system tray, you can click on the minimize button located at the top right corner of the BUSY Agent window. This will minimize the BUSY Agent to the system tray, where it will continue running in the background.

BUSY Agent can only send you backup notifications via email, not backup files. Further if not receiving notifications even after update it then first click on the Check Email Setting to send test mail. If not sending the re check your id and password.

BUSY Agent read license from the BUSY application and when you open BUSY Agent it wont ask any license.

Please follow the below steps to install BUSY Agent:
 1: Open BUSY
 2: Click on download BUSY agent from company menu
 3: Install in BUSY drive & folder is already installed 
 make sure when you install BUSY agent then BUSY should be closed

If you are unable to open BUSY agent , you may follow given steps:
Step: 1 Go to control panel - program and featurs - uninstall old setup of BUSY agent.
Step: 2 Download BUSY agent by company menu of BUSY.
Step: 3 And reinstall BUSY agent.
