 Step 3: Look for BUSY Agent in the list of installed programs. Select BUSY and click on "Uninstall" or "Remove." 
 Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process. 
 To download & install BUSY Agent setup, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Visit our official website www.busy.in and click on the Resources.
 Step 2: Next, click on the Download and find the BUSY Agent and download the setup file.
 Step 3: Run the setup and follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software. Make sure to install in the same drive where the BUSY is installed.
 Step 4: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button.

If you want to configure automatic backup for BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Download and install BUSYagent
Step 2: Open the BUSYagent application 
Step 3: Afterwards click on general configuration 
Step 4: Select database type such as ms access or sql as required
Step 5: In case of ms access specify the data directory and in case of sql specify server name ,username and password specifically and save the changes
Step 6: Then click on backup configuration (local) and select the create backup on local drive option as y 
Step 7: Then specify the path where you want to take a backup on local drive
Step 7: You can take backup of all companies and select the specific companies to take a backup
Step 8: Afterwards shedule the backup and save the changes
