BUSY does not have an email client built into its core features, and therefore, it may not include specific settings for disabling or restricting the ability to modify recipient email IDs when composing emails within the software.

No, you do not need to redo the email setup every time you want to send emails. Once you have set up your email in BUSY, you can send emails without having to repeat the setup process.

Is there an option to email invoices directly from BUSY?Can I import/export invoice data to/from BUSY?

Yes, there is an option to email invoices directly from BUSY. We have Email feature in BUSY through which you can send invoice to your customer. 
You can also import/export invoice data from Excel,XML in BUSY.

Why am I unable to see certain options related to email settings in BUSY?

Email configration option is not available in Basic model of BUSY. For email option upgrade your model Basic to Standard or Enterprise.
For upgrating please contact to our authorized dealer. It will done on chargeable basis

What version of Windows do I need to use WhatsApp integration with BUSY, as I'm facing compatibility issues?

To use WhatsApp integration with BUSY, you need to have a compatible version of Windows installed. It is recommended to have a newer version of Windows like Windows 10 or later for better compatibility and functionality.

The emails I send from BUSY have an unwanted tagline. How can I remove this default tagline?

To remove the default tagline from the emails sent from BUSY, you can go to the Configuration Settings in the software. From there, you can edit the email template and remove or modify the default tagline.

How can I retry uploading a PDF file after encountering an error the first time in BUSY?

While sending email from BUSY and showing an error then you can try again after checking the internet connection, Antivirus settings, Regional settings of system etc.

How to email or print chalan voucher from BUSY?

Open Vocuher/Challan which you want to mail or print on the top of voucher option shows print and email. You can use short cut keys for both for Mail shortcut is "Alt+M" and for Print "Alt+P"
