Yes, email parameters need to be configured separately for each company on the same system.
Note: If using the different mail id for different companies need to enable the two step verification and generate app password for every mail id.

BUSY doesn't have any option to mention email address in any report, you can mention email address in the party's master. So if you want to update email address for sending report, then you can update in the party master.

To clean up or change the inbox connected to your BUSY account, you will need to access your email account settings and delete or archive old emails to free up space of email so that you able to use it
Changing the email sender to Microsoft Outlook in BUSY and locating the configuration.
The SMTP option is not available when selecting Send through Microsoft Outlook in BUSY's email configuration because the email will be sent automatically through the Outlook ID that is open on the system, without the need for SMTP server configuration.

There is no storage allocation for the emails in the BUSY software. We can do the email configuration then can send emails to the customers. When can check the email in send box by opening that email Id from google.
