The agents in BUSY customer support assist customers in resolving error messages that occur during specific functions or tasks in the software. They provide troubleshooting steps and guidance to help customers resolve the errors and successfully complete their tasks.

To change the email ID in BUSY below are the steps to follow:- 
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then select Configuration and then Email Configuration. From there, you can edit your email ID and save the changes.

Reasons for showing printer error while sending mail or sms are:
1. When the printer driver not installed in the system.
2. If wrong printer is selected in the hardware configuration and you are trying to send email from printing options.

We can send the pending emails from the utilitoes below steps :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then Utilities
 Step 3: Then Offline Email / SMS
 Step 4: Pending emails will show then click on send option.

There could be various reasons why the recipient did not receive the invoice via email. It is recommended to check the 
Step 1 : Email address entered
Step 2 : Spam or junk folders
Step 3 : And email settings.

The SMTP server you should use for email configuration in BUSY depends on your email provider. For example, if you use Gmail, the SMTP server would be smtp.gmail.com. If you use Yahoo, the SMTP server would be smtp.mail.yahoo.com.

To email only specific parties data, go to :
Step 1 : CLick on display
Step 2 : Then account books
Step 3 : Account ledger
Step 4 : Open only one parties account ledger
Step 5 : Sent email to party ledger

From BUSY, we can send emails to the customers by doing the email configuration. If we want to check the sent and received emails data then we need to open the email id as BUSY doesnot show it.

If you are getting an error code 4 while sending the email the check the below steps.
Step 1: Check that the internet connection should be instable.
Step 2: If still same issue then check by changing the internet connection.

We can send the attachment through email in PDF or XML format from BUSY. we cannot send image directly on email from BUSY but we can share it seperately by login the email id instead of BUSY.
