To correct SMTP Server name in BUSY for Email,You can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administraton and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Email Configuration and correct SMTP Server name

To fix the display issue where the desktop icon shows a hyphen instead of a space, you can try right-clicking on the icon, selecting "Rename," and then replacing the hyphen with a space.

The SMS option may not be working for sending account details because the BUSY does not have a direct SMS feature. Instead, it offers options like email and WhatsApp for sending account details.

There could be an issue with the email configuration or permission settings that is preventing the system from sending duplicate emails to the same email ID or check spam or junk folder.

If the auto-generated emails are going to the spam folder, you can check the spam folder and mark them as "not spam" to ensure they go to the inbox in the future.

You can find the email configuration setting in BUSY by following these steps:
 Step 1: Go to the Administration tab.
 Step 2: Click on Configuration.
 Step 3: Select the Email Configuration option.

In BUSY, you cannot add multiple email addresses in the CC field when auto-sending invoices to distributors. You will need to manually add the additional email addresses when sending the invoices.

In BUSY, there is no provision to check sent emails in the Sent folder. You can only view offline emails, which are located in the Utilities option under the Administration menu.

If you want to email invoices from BUSY and the email id not picked automatically, then you need to make sure that the email id is entered in the party’s master.

SMTP settings are related to your email accounts and you would need to check them in your email account or 
 Internet browser. These settings are not found within the BUSY.
