Why am I unable to see certain options related to email settings in BUSY? 

Email configration option is not available in Basic model of BUSY. For email option upgrade your model Basic to Standard or Enterprise.
 For upgrating please contact to our authorized dealer. It will done on chargeable basis

The export PDF option does not contain the email option. How else can I email the PDF to the customer? 

If the export PDF option does not contain the email option, you can still email the PDF to the customer by saving the PDF on your computer and then attaching it to an email manually.

I can't see email composition options in my secondary user account. How do I access them? 

To access email composition options in your secondary user account in BUSY, you need to log in as the admin or super user. Only the admin or super user has access to email composition options.

If I don't include the party address, will the email generate properly? 

Yes if you didnot specify the party e-mail id still you can generate email properly as you can send email to some other person and you can also sent it to your own email id

Steps to select and send specific invoice date ranges in BUSY? 

Please follow below mention steps to check date range wise invoices:-
 Step 1:- Display Tab
 Step 2:- Account Books
 Step 3:- Account Registers (Standard)
 Step 4:- Sale register, enter date range and then check

How do I address duplicate emails and notifications in BUSY? 

Regarding duplicate emails and notifications in BUSY. If the software doesn't provide a built-in feature to address duplicate emails and notifications, you may need to take some manual precautions to avoid sending duplicate emails

Clarifying DAC functionality support in BUSY on the cloud. 

BUSY does not provide specific information about DAC (Digital Access Card) functionality support on the cloud. It is recommended to contact BUSY's customer support directly for clarification on DAC functionality support in the cloud.

How can I resend failed or pending emails stuck in Bizzy's Outbox? What is the procedure for this? 

For sending failed or pending emails which was saved in offline from BUSY please follow below mentio steps:-
 Step 1:- Administration Tab
 Step 2:- Utilities
 Step 3:- Offline E-mail/SMS, send your offline saved mail.

Will the BLS update allow me to email invoices and reports directly from BUSY? 

No, Option to send email invoices or any report does not come under BLS feature.you can send email from BUSY without renewal of BLS but BUSY Model must be belongs to Standard or Enterprise.

How to stop duplicate email notifications in BUSY when already sent from a computer?
