In BUSY, you cannot add multiple email IDs for sending emails. Only one email ID can be configured for sending emails.

I want to know if BUSY can integrate with other applications like email, calendar etc. Is there integration support?

Yes, in BUSY you can integrate with email for sharing invoice copy or sharing report only. dont have calendar option.

The email ID varies from person to person in BUSY because every customer have unqiue email id so it vary.

Yes while setting email configuration there is a options Test account settings there you can test email and smtp

For BUSY Company password recovery you have to share your data or backup to our support team at support@busy.in

In BUSY, you can send emails directly, but it doesn't have a courier service for the delivery of e-bills.

How was PDF invoice email working in older versions of BUSY?

In BUSY, with email invoice is shared as an attachement in older as well as latest version also.

How can I delete email notifications I receive in BUSY?

Through BUSY you can only send the notfication so theres no option to delete received notifications in BUSY.
