The SMS option is not visible in my BUSY account. How can I enable it?

 If you are unable to find the SMS option in BUSY then follow these steps to find SMS option
Step 1. Open BUSY software then you will get an pop -up window for security checking. In this pop-up you will
know the model of BUSY. If your BUSY model is basic model then there is no provision for SMS configuration.
Step 2. Then upgrade your basic model to standard or enterprise model. For upgrade your BUSY model then i am
transferrring your call to support executive. They will assist you accordingly.
Step 3. If you your model is standard or Enterprise then Open your company with Super user.
Step 4. Now Go to Administration and click on users option.
Step 5. Now click on modify option to select the user who does not have the SMS option visible.
Step 6. Now Enable the SMS configuration option and click on save button to save it.
Step 7. Now Close your company and reopen it with a sub-user account. You will then find an option under
configuration option in the Administration menu.

What do I need to check or configure to ensure the SMS notifications are sent out correctly from your system?
