 In BUSY, there is no option available to configure Email Body further you can Pre define header or footer, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Select Email configuration then define header and footer as per requirement and save the configuration.
To customize whatsapp sms in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on Configuration
Step 2: Click on invoice document printing advance and select sales option
Step 3: After select sales, click on Add format and create the format.
Step 4: Now select the newly created format and configure the sms format through HTML coding and save the configuration.

I want to share large PDF files to customers via WhatsApp. How can I integrate WhatsApp to directly share PDFs from BUSY?

 To share PDFs from BUSY through WhatsApp, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on configuration option
Step 3: Press enter on SMS API Configuration
Step 4: Click on Add New Format and then enter format
Step 5: Tick upload PDF and enter whatsapp://send?phone=phoneno&text=message in SMS api box
Step 6: Enter phoneno in mobile field & message in message field (enter both details same as mentioned in steps)
Step 7: Save the configuration and login your Desktop whtaspp application
Step 8: Open the voucher and click on SMS button or press alt+s on the voucher.
Step 9: Select the standard format and enter the recipient's number/BUSY auto picked from item master if you entered and send.
Alternatively, you can use the BUSY BNS notification app to receive a notification and share the PDF from there.
Note : WhatsApp feature works on Windows 10 and above

How do I send the invoice to my client?

 To send an invoice to your client using BUSY you can use Whatsapp, Email, and Export in PDF option.
Below are the steps to use it:-
Step 1: If you want to use the WhatsApp feature you have to contact to customer support number i.e 8282828282 to update the WhatsApp API in the SMS configuration option.
Step 2: For Email, you have to go Administration menu then click on Email Configuration configure your Email ID and Server name, port there, and create an app password from the Manage your Google account option under Email.
Step 3: For normal Export in PDF you have to open the Sale Invoice then click on the export option from there click on the PDF option and export it in the Desired location in Desktop then from there you can share that PDF with your client.

I'm unable to send WhatsApp messages with invoices from BUSY. How can I resolve this issue?

 If you're having trouble sending invoices via WhatsApp from BUSY, try these steps to fix the issue: 
Step 1: Check that your computer or device is connected to the internet. You need a good internet connection to send messages.
Step 2: Make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp for Windows installed on your device.
Step 3: Ensure that your BUSY is up to date.
Step 4: Double-check that the correct WhatsApp API is updated in your SMS configuration.
Step 5: If you're using an older version of Windows, like Windows 7 or 8, WhatsApp may not work correctly. Consider using Windows 10 or 11, which are more compatible.

How to resolve the error of a link being expired when opening a billing link sent via SMS in BUSY?

 If the link of the invoice sent by BUSY shows as expired, you should update your BUSY software release and check again.
To update BUSY release follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application
Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option from it
Step 3: Now specify the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
Step 4: Afterward, go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.
Note: Take latest backup of your all data before upgrading.

How do I properly configure the upload PDF file option for WhatsApp integration in BUSY?

 To properly configure the upload media file option for WhatsApp integration in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1 : Download the desktop version of BUSY.
Step 2 : click on administration
Step 3 : configuration
Step 4 : sms configuration
Step 5 : create a new format, select WhatsApp,
Step 6 : Select WhatsApp as the channel.
Step 7 : Enter the WhatsApp number where the invoice has to be sent. This will pull the number from Account Master.
Step 8 : Enable the "Upload PDF File" option in the SMS Configuration.
Step 9 : Save the configuration settings.
Step 10 : Now, when you send invoices via WhatsApp, the PDF file will be uploaded along with the message.

I am unable to install WhatsApp on my computer. How can I get it working?

 To install WhatsApp on your computer, you can follow these Steps:
Step Step 1 : Make sure you have a compatible operating system (Windows 10 or above).
Step Step 2 : Go to the Microsoft Store or the WhatsApp website and download the WhatsApp desktop version.
Step Step 3 : Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
