For print last year invoices please follow these steps:
1. Press f11 and go in last year
2. Then Go in print/email/sms then go in Print utilities
3. Then Go in Invoice/documents then select invoice type 
4. Then choose data according to your need and print

Steps to send bulk pdf of invoiced to customers.
 Step:1 Go to print email sms option in BUSY and then select print utilities.
 Step:2 Then select invoice documents and select date range accordingly and can send directly invoices to customers from their

For old invoice printing or multiple voucher printing in BUSY please follow below mention steps:-
 Step 1:- Print/Email/SMS Tab
 Step 2:- Print Utlility 
 Step 3:- Invoice/Documents
 Select Sale invoice select date range or voucher no. and then process for printing

To get lable and configure label in BUSY, follow these steps :
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3 : CLick Label printing configuration
Step 4 : Add format and configure label for account and item

You can print multiple copies of an invoice at once from the software. The exact number of copies you can print depends on your specific settings and requirements.

The number of copies of a document that can be printed at once in BUSY is unlimited as define in number of copies while printing.

The Print Utilities option in BUSY allows for emailing documents directly from BUSY and also prints invoices labels in bulk in one go

BUSY has a feature of bulk printing as you can print your invoices in bulk, but there is no option to convert them.

To print invoice in bulk:
Step 1 : CLick on print/email/sms
Step 2 : Print utility
Step 3 : Invoice print in bulk

You can print the invoices in bulk as per format if batch is configured in format from print utilitiy
