5. Advanced
6. Choose the Invoice format for which you want to download
7. Click on "Copy To Disk"
8. Specify the path
9. Then take the backup

While printing you can use as it is from grid option, through this option you can specify the width of the columns and you can also untick the columns which you do not want to print.
