 Step 4: Click on Standard and select sales invoice Left hand side Print Billing/Shipping Detail Separately option yes and save.

The details that can be included in the GST bills generated from BUSY include item name, quantity, rate, GST number, bill number, and other relevant information.
 Yes, there is an option to customize the GST bills according to your requirements for that you can contact to your dealer

Certain advanced configuration options may not be visible in the software because they require additional customization or modification. These options are designed through coding and need to specify field with coding.It is recommended to contact your dealer for design your format design.It will be done on chargable basis.

Step 2: Click on "Invoice / Document Printing" and choose Advanced.
Step 3: Here you can design your format.
Step 4: Or you can contact to your authorised channel partner.

In certain cases, users need to Show Invoice detail in Barcode, Like Invoice Number, Invoice date etc.
To Print Field Value in Barcode, Please try the following steps: 
Step 1 : Take a backup of your existing invoice format.

To access and print custom templates in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step1 : Click on administration
 Step 2 : Configuration
 Step 3 : Invoice/document printing
 Step 4 : Advanced
 Step 5 : Select voucher type
 Step 6 : Select access and print the custom template available

If the bills you create in BUSYare not generating the GST invoice image, please follow the steps Step 1: Check Image Format Step 2: make sure that you have included a folder path for the GST invoice image.
 step 3 : Check the Standard Invoice configuration .

In standard format of invoice printing you can display a customer's name in a single place which is already given. But if you want in two different places then you need to customize the invoice format as per the requirements and it will be on chargeable basis.
