To customize the e-way bill format in BUSY, you would need to contact dealer. They can customize the e-way bill format according to your specific requirements.

If E-Way Bill could not be printed for Sales Vch. No : ‘ABC1023/23-24 ‘ Date : ‘09-06-2023’ and error message show - The operation timed out folow the below steps:
Step :1
Check entered value : The operation timed out mostly came when issues from GSP, User need to change default users from GSP Configuration.

If you are getting a "No records found" error when unable to generate bills , you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
2. Make sure you are using the correct login credentials.
3. Restart your computer and try running BUSY again.

Steps for checking the consigned pin code if it is invalid / Mismatch:
Step 1:Check in Billing shipping window state code should be correctly mentioned.
Step 2:Check in Party master state code.
Step 3:Check pincode and location should be corrcetly mentioned in party master.
Step 4:check location and pincode in transport details window.

Invoice is printed from BUSY and it includes details like party,items.tax deatils etc.and othe information as per our requirements but e-waybill is loaded from portal and its format is according government portal and you can not make chnages in it and it show already defined details in e-waybill print

You can check auto print option from BUSY as follows:
Step 1: While you have created voucher so resave it & then select option print Eway bill.
Step 2: Also you can re print from GST Misc. Utilties then Eway bill generation.
Step 3: Then Eway bill generation & then check.

To print an Eway Bill, follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the Transaction menu.
2. Generate the E-Way bill for the desired transaction.
3. Once the E-Way bill is generated, click on the print option.
4. BUSY prompts for Eway bill print - Print - yes

If Unable to take print, while printing BUSY is not responding follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Eway bill site. Login with registered user.
Step 2: Change password of GSP and mention it in BUSY.
Step 3: After that change try to take print from BUSY.

The e-way bill cannot be misprinted when printed directly from BUSY instead of through the portal because the e-way bill can only be printed from the portal within 48 hours of generation. After that, it cannot be printed from either BUSY or the portal.

To add e-way bill and e-invoice report to favourite, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to transactions then GST misc utilties
Step 2 : E-way bill and E-invoice management
Step 3 : Select report and below window click on add to favourties.
