To solve this issue we need to check GSP credentials and for this follow below steps:
Step 1 : Go to Administration menu
Setp 2: configurations-features/options- GST/VAT
Step 3: click on GSP configuraiton given if gets invalid credentials message then reset it from GST portal and then try to reprint it.
Step 4: If still issue persists then go to system BUSYwin folder click on PrintEwaybill folder run utility PrintEWayBillDN.

The E-Way Bill are not printing after generation, you can try following steps to resolve it: 
Step 1: Check by switching GSP ID in GSP configuration from the GST/VAT feature. 
Step 2: Right-click on any PDF file and change the default PDF reader in properties. 
Step 3: Try to reinstall the PDF reader. 
Step 4: If the issue still persists, you can contact customer support.

You can check auto print option from BUSY as follows:
Step 1: While you have created voucher so resave it & then select option print Eway bill.
Step 2: Also you can re print from GST Misc. Utilties then Eway bill generation.
Step 3: Then Eway bill generation & then check.
Step 4: Also regenerate GSP credentials from Eway bill portal & then mention in BUSY & then check.

when The e-invoice and e-way bill are not getting printed even after generating them, we should have to check: 
1. To check whether .NET Framework 3.5 is installed and updated on a Windows system 
2. please check Default Browser is acrobat reader 
3. Before taking a print,ensure that the printing of e-way bills or e-way invoices is not opened in a new window

If you have generated the Eway bill through the portal and want to print the same or take PDF then you can follow the steps below :
1. Log in to the E way Bill portal
2. Go to E way bill management 
3. Go to Print Eway bill and specify the details for printing
4. Print and Export the file in PDF format from here.

If Unable to take print of E-way Bill and using data through the RDP server follow the below steps:
Step 1: Firstly check are we able to take print of any other document through the RDP Server.
Step 2:Check if the RDP server, universal printer is tagged or not.
Step 3. Contact the RDP helpline for this.
Step 4 Show the main machine where data is stored.

To print the already generated Eway bill please refer to the steps below :
1. Go to Transaction menu 
2. Click on GST Miscl. Utilities
3. Eway Bill management
4. Click on Generate and print Eway bill tab
5. Select the option Automatic or Josn
6. Select voucher type date range and load the list 
7. Select the Invoices and click on the Print Eway bill tab

To resolve the issue of the E-way bill PDF not opening fully, You may follow below steps:
 Step 1: Change your default PDF viewer.
 Step 2: Check is there any PDF viewer open in task manager if yes then click on it and end task.
 Step 3: Re-Install the PDF viewer.
 If still issue persists then can share your concern on support@busy.in

After you generate an e-way bill in BUSY, you will see a print option. If you press yes, a PDF file will be created that you can save in any location you want. You can also email this PDF file by attaching it to your mail. BUSY does not have the option to email the e-way bill PDF directly from the software.

If you are getting a Request Timed Out error while printing Eway bill then please follow the below process:
Step 1: Check with selecting GSP Gst Suvidha Provider one by one from GSP configuration option available in the GST and VAT 
Step 2: You can Copy the Eway bill number and try to print the same from the Eway bill portal.
