I want to move to the cloud version of BUSY but access it from multiple locations. Is there a way to do this?

 If you are considering moving to the cloud version of BUSY and want to use it from multiple locations, there are a few options you should keep in mind. 
One option is to use BUSY Online, which stores all your data on the cloud. However, you can only use a maximum of three instances from multiple or same locations.
Another option is to use RDP services, which also stores your data on the cloud. For this, you will need to purchase Aloof service. You can reach out to your respective dealer for more information on this.

I am getting an error message saying "Connection failed" when I try to sync data with the cloud. How can I resolve sync errors?

 If the connection failed error is showing while sync the data on cloud then check the following steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you have proper internet connectivity to sync the data.
Step 2: If the anti virus has installed in your system then exclude BUSY to avoid the blockage.
Step 3: Make sure that the configuration should be proper of BUSY and cloud for sync the data.

What are the differences between the cloud and standalone versions of BUSY?

 The cloud version of BUSY is accessed through a Subscription ID, Cloud user name and password and is linked to the cloud server, while the standalone version is installed on a local system. The cloud version allows for real-time updates and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, while the standalone version is limited to the local system it is installed on. 

Converting BUSY to cloud-based system and data backup?

 If you are using BUSY online software, then data will be on BUSY cloud so that you can log in your data from anywhere around the world. And BUSY cloud system is very secure and protected so that your data will be very safe and can be log in only from given credentials 

How does cloud sync protect data from hardware failures?

 Cloud sync protect data from hardware failure. As due to hardware failure it will be very difficult to retrieve data from the system.If the data is on our cloud space then we can easily download the data and restore it in BUSY. 

The software keeps disconnecting with a "disconnection error." What could be causing this connectivity problem?

 If you are using the BUSY through RDP, aloof or any other remote then make sure that your internet connectivity should be proper and if still issue presists then can contact to the remote provider. 

I'm opening a new location but want both sites to access the same BUSY data. Is this possible?

 Yes, it is possible to have both locations access the same BUSY data. You can use remote services or cloud sync to achieve this. contact your dealer or our customer support for assistance 

I received an authentication error from CSP while trying to access certain data. Why am I getting this error and how can it be resolved?
