 You can customize Column in BUSY through Custom column Options in Reports .there some fields that exist in custom column configuration as it depends on your requirement in report but if required field would not exist in BUSY then you need to customize report from your dealer end. 

Is customized report formatting included in my subscription plan?

 If you want to do minor changes in reports or you want to add additional columns in report in that case you can add custom column or you can configure columnar reports accordingly
Otherwise you need to customized your report for that you need to contact your channel partner

What customizations are possible in BUSY?

 Yes, you can customize the BUSY software as per your requirement. You can customize the invoice format, label pritning, letter text configuration and add the custom column in any report,
