You can customize Column in BUSY through Custom column Options in Reports .there some fields that exist in custom column configuration as it depends on your requirement in report but if required field would not exist in BUSY then you need to customize report from your dealer end.
If you want to do minor changes in reports or you want to add additional columns in report in that case you can add custom column or you can configure columnar reports accordingly
