To restart BUSY software you need to close the software and then reopen it again after that it is successfully restart or you can end the BUSY program from task manager and then open it
If you want you can also check by restarting your system
Slow performance or freezing in BUSY can be caused by various factors such as insufficient disk space, outdated software, large data size, or hardware issues. To improve the performance, try clearing temporary files, updating the software, checking data size, and ensuring sufficient hardware resources.
If BUSY is not responding and you are unable to close it, you can open the Task Manager and close it from there and reopen it.
You can right click on task bar and from search menu to open the task manager.
If your BUSY is hanging or not responding frequently, you can try adjusting the User Account Control (UAC) settings on your computer and checking the system RAM and performance. Lowering the UAC settings may improve the performance of BUSY software.
If the BUSY take time at saving voucher, check the possible reason:
1. Large data size.
2. Insufficient system resources such as hardisk space and available RAM.
3. In case of multiuser, the client system might be slow due to slow networking.

If you give a lot of commands at the same time, the BUSY Accounting software may run slowly. It is recommended to avoid giving too many commands simultaneously to improve performance.Even You can exlude BUSY from antivirus.
If BUSY running slow for some users and not for others on network check :
Step 1 : Check system storage space
Step 2 : Check speed
Step 3 : Check network connectivity
Step 4 : Check by pinging IP.
To connect access data to another system acess database. Share the network, drive and BUSY data folder to another system and in set data directory in client system access the data from networking from server system.
There is no provision in BUSY to update from default to full access but we can give full rights to BUSYwin folder if facing some issue in networking or if BUSY is running slow
