If BUSY get hang during open your company then you can take some steps:
1. Make sure about the system that should be run perfectly.
2. Check your antivirus,you can disable it or exlude BUSY from antivirus.
3. Set compatabilty,UAC and Region setting about UK.
4. If using SQL data then make sure about server information as it should be correct.
5. You can remove and reinstall BUSY in another drive and can change the data location in system.

If the BUSY is taking too much time at voucher saving, there could be many reasons:
1.Check the data size, If the size is beyond 800 to 1000 mb then you must use the SQl database.
2.Ensure about the space available in the hard disk in which data exists.
3.Check for junk characters and incomplete vouchers from the housekeeping section.
4.If the data is running on the client system through networking then make sure the connectivity is stable.

To ensure the data and versions should be match then check below steps.
 Step 1: Make sure that in both the system there should be latest BUSY version and release.

1. Your data size is heavy so it will take time to load.
2. If you have multiuser license and you are checking report on the client system then might be the networking is slow.
3. Might be your system resources exceed such ram and have free space in drives, so you need to check this also.

Step 1: Make sure you are using the latest version of BUSY
Step 2: Always install BUSY in your system local harddisk instead of usb
Step 3: Use Windows latest version and make sure there is enough space in your hard drive
Step 4: Always run BUSY as an admin mode for a better performance and smooth running

While enter voucher and it is taking too much time to post so you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: First take backup of your company from company menu.
Step 2: Now click on Reindex data option in company menu.
Step 3: Now select the concerned company and then tick the option of you can process as I have latest backup.
Step 4: Now reindex all financial year one by one

If you are using BUSY and your company running slow do follow some steps:
Step 1: Check first if another company in list also working slow or only one company showing slow.
Step 2: If only one company running slow run reindex database.
Step 3: Check data size of the company, if company data size is more than 500 mb, so better to switch in sql database.

If BUSY becomes unresponsive while exporting any report, consider checking the following aspects:
1.Ensure BUSY is running on the latest version.
2.Check the available space on the hard disk.
3.Verify that the PDF reader or Excel is installed and functioning correctly.
4.If the data is running on a network, check the sharing connectivity.

If your software is slow there is multiple issues. Update BUSY versions if not have update copy BUSY data and then update. Check if still issue try to check run BUSY on another system. If your entire system is slow then update your system settings too.
