If share data trying to access but not accesing, you need to check the below steps:
Step 1: Need to check you LAN connection, and try to connect with system name, and lan IP
1. Update the system in latest version 
2. Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never NotiFinancial Year User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
 Step 1: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth
 Step 2: Check the size of your GSTR-1 file. If the file is too large, it might take a long time to upload. 
 Step 3: Some browsers may have compatibility issues with certain websites or platforms.
 Step 4: Clear your browser cache and cookies.
 Step 5: Try disabling extensions and add-ons temporarily and attempt the upload.
 Step 6: Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings

If you are facing visibility issues in BUSY due to resolution problems, you can try adjusting the display settings within your operating system.
Step 1: Display Settings: Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings. Adjust the resolution to a setting that provides better visibility. You might need to experiment with different resolutions to find the one that works best for you.
Step 2: Scaling Options: In the same Display Settings, check for scaling options. You can try adjusting the scaling to make text and other items larger.

If you are unable to access the shared folder for taking backup on client system, then you can follow these troubleshooting steps to fix it:
 Step 1: Check that network discovery is enabled on both your PC's.
 Step 2: Ensure that you have all necessary security rights to access that folder.
 Step 3: Check your antivirus or firewall settings and make sure they are not blocking that folder from the internet or other resources.
 You can also contact to your IT person for further assistance.

If your getting error message on client system check you internet connection and connectivity between the both systems .
Step 1: In server system press Window + R run command and type cmd and ok
Step 2: type ipconfig then enter 
Step 3: Note down the ipv4 address and go to client system 
Step 4: In client system and open run command then write ping then ipv4 address - t then press ok
Step 5: Then speed should  to 1ms to run client smoothly

BUSY is set it to the windows startup. We can manually remove it from windows startup setting option.
 When we want to remove BUSY Agent from Startup then, Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY agent
 Step 2: On right bottom, Click on remove from startup
 When we remove the BUSY agent from startup then it will not automatically get open when we open the system. we need to open the BUSY agent and minimize it.

In BUSY, when .net framework error is showing then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that in the system .net framework should installed both 3.5 or above.
 Step 2: Go to the contol panel, programes and features then on top left click on the window features. From there we can refresh the .netframe work if already installed, we have to untick then same process will get run and tick it again after that restart the system

If the error is showing while opening BUSY Installation Process Start Auto, then you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Add the BUSY21.exe, BUSYwin21.exe, and BUSYwin folders to the anti-virus and firewall.
Step 2: Disable System Antivirus and Firewall (if possible, uninstall once antivirus)
Step 3: Go to the Control Panel, then click on User Account.
Step 4: Enable UAC mode. Never Notified 
Step 5: Uninstall BUSY from the control panel and re-install BUSY with the latest set-up.
Step 5: and the Restart System

 Step 1: Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings (Windows) ,
 Step 2: Adjust the screen resolution to a level that makes the text and icons more readable.
 Step 3: You can often find an option to scale text and icons. Step 4: Some laptops and operating systems offer high-DPI (dots per inch) settings. Step 5: explore settings or preferences that allow you to adjust text size and font.

If issue in client system not allow to generate Einvoice then you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Add the BUSY21.exe, BUSYwin21.exe, and BUSYwin folders to the anti-virus and firewall.

Step 3: Go to the Control Panel, then click on User Account.
