You should follow below steps when the software stops working or freeze during use:
Step 1: First close software through task manager, Open task manager by click right on task bar and select the application name and click on end task.
Step 2: Set UAC compatabiltiy, as In system search bar type UAC then a window will appear of change user account control, set in down.
Step 3: Exclude BUSY from Anti virus or in firewall.
Step 4: Give everyone rights to BUSY application as:
. For an existing application, click the Applications node in the left pane
. Right-click an application in the right pane, and choose Properties.
. Select the Access Permissions tab. To add user groups, click Add.
Step 5: Re install BUSY in fresh folder (After backup).
