If the software is running slowly when loading large amounts of data, to improve the performance, you need to check below reasons:
1. Take the latest data backup and re-index the database for smooth functioning in case of access.
2. Delete the exported Excel and PDF files from the database folder.
3. BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders are not added to Anti-Virsu.
4. Update the latest BUSY release.
5. Add in inbound and outbound rules for BUSY users in the firewall.
6. Check your Windows Defender.
7. Give everyone's permission in the BUSY Win folder.

To improve performance and prevent crashes of the software, please follow below mentioned steps:
 Step 1: Kindly ensure only single setup should install in your system.
 Step 2: Right click on the BUSY Icon and go to properties.
 Step 3: Click on compatibility and select option run this program in compatibility mode and run this program as an administration.
 Step 4: Go to Control Panel and search UAC and drag bar to never notify.
 Step 5: Restart system and open BUSY

If the BUSY is running slow than follow the below steps:
Step 1: Exclude the BUSY from antivirus and BUSY should be unblock from window firewall.
Step 2: Make sure that BUSY release are up to date and both the server and client running on same release.
Step 3: Enough space must be available in drive.
Step 4: Run the BUSY on admin mode.
Step 5: If the BUSY data is heavy, it is recommended to run BUSY sql data edition.

Their may be multiple reason for BUSY software running slow in the system 
Reason 1: Enough Disk space in the system
solutions : Increase the system disk space 
Reason 2: Data size exceed more than 2 GB in access database
solution : suggest to convert licence and data in Sql for better performance
Reason 3 : working slow in client system due to LAN speed issue 
solution : Check the LAN speed

To Improve Speed Performance 
Step1 Reboot. If your computer has not been rebooted recently, make sure to reboot it before following any of the steps below. Rebooting the computer can 
Step2 Delete temp files.
Step3 Free hard drive space and ensure SSD hradisk 
Step4 Update the operating system
Step5 Check Local network speed or ping server and cleint System
Step 6: Check the antivirus and firewall settings to exclude the BUSY folder.

If BUSY Running Slow Check Below Step
Step :1 Take a Backup of BUSY data
Step :2 Open BUSY Click on Company Click on Reindex data
Step :3 if BUSY data in Access data base and data size more than 500 mb Switch to SQl
Step :4 if BUSY data have SQL data base then Check System Configuration or Check Lan Configuration properly work or not

To resolve this issue ,please follow below steps : 
Step 1: If you are using multi user and using a client pc to generate the invoice please check the lan network connectivity.
Step 2: Check the Lan speed using pinging command in CMD
Step 3: Take a backup and Reindex the database . 
Step 4: Still issue persist restart the computer Once. 

To check connectivity in BUSY If BUSY running slow in client system Follow these steps:
Step 1: make sure you have proper internet connectivity through LAN in server system and client system.
Step 2: Then makesure data folder have full rights and permissions 
Step 3: Then you can check connectivity by pinging the IP address of server system in client system.

If your BUSY is slow and hangs frequently, you can try troubleshooting by adjusting the User Account Control (UAC) settings on your computer. Lowering the UAC settings may improve the performance of BUSY software.
 Additionally, check the system RAM and performance, For Windows 10 and 11 minimum of 2 GB and 4 GB are required accordingly for windows only.
