What should i do if i am unable to open company and shwoing RTE 5 in SQl database? 

If you are unable to open company and showing RTE 5 in SQL database then check below steps:
Step1: Firstly take backup of your data folder 
Step2: Then restart services from SQL manager configuration.
Step3: Then restart BUSY and check by open the company

while open company in BUSY error showing sql server doesnot exist 

Restart the SQl server service from SQL server configure manager if still issue remain then take BUSY company backup and then uninstall SQl setup rename the Microsoft sql server folder available under program folder and then install the sql setup once again

The SQL file seems to be locked when I try to restart the BUSY server. How can this issue be fixed? 

One solution to fix the SQL file lock issue during BUSY server restart is to stop the SQL Server service before restarting the BUSY server. This will release any locks on the SQL files and prevent the issue from occurring.

I am unable to attach data in SQL Management Studio. What should i do? 

If you are not able to attach data in SQL Management Studio then you can try after restore data in SQL management studio by click on Restore Database. Also make sure the format should be as .mdf of data files.
