Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to ums - model renewal or upgrade
You can easily find out the BLS validity of your BUSY software on the screen. There are two ways to do this:
1. Look at the title bar of the BUSY screen. You will see the words BLS Upto followed by a date. This is the date until which your BLS is valid.
2. After opening a company, look at the right bottom corner of the screen. You will see the words BLS Valid Upto followed by a date. This is the same date as above.
BUSY provides support, maintenance, and regular updates for their software. BUSY releases updates periodically to add new features, fix bugs, and improve performance. The advanced feature including in BLS plan i.e some features like BUSY updated, GSP services, Customer support, BUSY mobile application, BUSY BNS app, BDEP Service, Audit trial and so on. If the BLS is not updated then you will not be able to use the features which relate to BLS.
Moreover it is mandatory to update BUSY BLS for all version and model for smooth running in BUSY
If UMS is used in an upgrade, follow these steps:
1. If Desktop UMS indicates that you are not authorised, register your hard disc number.
2. Send your details along with the new hard disc number to support@busy.in for registration.
3. You have to visit download.bdns.in/ums.zip to update.

If upgrade and purchase the multi user and not applied yet in that case you need to contact to your dealer from whom you purchased it to activate the license in multi user

To identify your current BUSY model, you can go to the "Help" menu in the software and select "About BUSY." This will display the version and model information.
