What is the difference between the HO configuration and branch configuration in BUSY?

In BUSY, the terms HO and BO typically refer to the Head Office and Branch Office. These feature are used to set up and manage multiple business locations within the software. Here are the key differences between HO configuration and branch configuration in BUSY:
1. Head Office Configuration: The Head Office is usually the main or central location where overall management and administration are conducted. Users at the Head Office often have administrative privileges to manage and oversee activities across all branches.
To Configure Head office, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration. 
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Enterprises Features. 
Step 3: Set Y on Enable Multi Branch Details and click on Branch Details. 
Step 4: Click on Add Branch Master and enter the Branch name and can create Voucher Series Group , User & Material Center.
Step 5: Enter all other necessary details such as address, GST details, etc and save.
Step 6: In head office company, enable data sync feature and tick on head office and then click on configuration tab.
Step 7: Select Branch name and enable data sync for this branch and configure rights for branch as per required.
2. Branch office configuration: Branch configuration is specific to individual branches or subsidiary locations of the business. Each branch can have its own set of configurations, such as branch specific taxation details, account groups, and other settings. Users at a branch typically have access to data and functionalities relevant to that specific branch but may have limited access to global settings managed by the Head Office.
To Configure Branch office, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration. 
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Enterprises Features.
Step 3: Enable HO/BO Data Sync option in branch company and tick on branch office option and then click on configuration tab and mention all details related to sql server information and company information for data sync.
