A: Three options are available for voucher numbering in BUSY:
1: Automatic - If you want voucher should be come automatic then you have to select automatic option of numbering type.
2: Manual - If you want to specify/enter voucher number manually/self then you have to use manual voucher numbering.
3: Not Required - If you dn't want voucher number for any voucher in BUSY then you have to select not required voucher numbering.
B: For downloading and using the latest GST offline tool for filing returns in BUSY, please follwo the required below steps:
Step 1: Go to gst portal
step 2: Then click on download section
Step 3: Then you can click on offline tools
Step 4: You will find the all the latest gst offline tools.
Step 5: You can download offline tools as per your return.
Step 6: Go to Display menu in BUSY
Step 7: Go to display option and select GST reports from it.
Step 8: From GST Reports option select GST Return option.
Step 9: Select you return & then enter the date/month of which month you want fill return
Step 10; Specify the return template path as well as one blank folder path in eReturn file path
Step 11: Check all possbile errors and clear if you found any error in possible error window
Step 12: Process with Govt. Template
