Why am I unable to create a new company in BUSY, and how can I resolve this issue?

If you are unable to create new Company in BUSY then you can follow the below steps with possible reason:
1. If you are getting Rte 5 while creating company then BUSY is running on SQL edition.
Step 1: Open the SQL server configuration manager
Step 2: Then Click on SQL server service
Step 3: Right click on SQL server that appear in right side of screen and then restart the service
Step 4: Check by creating a new company in BUSY. If you still encounter the same issue, you may need to reinstall SQL Server.
2. If you are getting error of you dont have authority to copy master , configuration and user from selected company while create Company in BUSY
Step 1: Click on company menu then select Create company option
Step 2: Mention the required details then check on Copy master and configuration that appear at bottom of screen
Step 4: Now select the Company and mention the admin login credentials of it
Step 5: At last Click on save tab , you company will be ready in BUSY.
3. The beginning financial year date of the company and the books commencing date should be in the same financial year.
