if purchase ledger and purchase register does not match because the purchase register displays both cash and credit transactions related to purchases and purchase returns, whereas the ledger shows all entries related to purchases, including journals, credit notes, or debit notes.

If you want to apply both the filter for Equal to and Greater Than. For that you need to use the multiple filter option then select the fileds in which you want to apply the both the filter and check it.

If you are not able to see the GSTIN number of party you need to select show party TIN/GSTIN number option as Y before opening the sales register report then you can view the sales transactions alongwith GST number of parties

To check sale return in sale register, follow these steps :
1. Click on display
2. Account books
3. Account register(standard)
4. Sales register
5. select the date range
6. Enable Include sale return
7. Open report it will show sale return voucher also in sale register report

To search for a specific entry using the search option in BUSY Accounting software, you can use the search bar located at the top of the screen and enter relevant keywords or details such as voucher number, party name, or date.

Step 1: Go to Display then click on account books
Step 2: Choose the account ledger then select account-wise option
Step 3: Select the T-format then select party and open the ledger report.
