To adjust column width in the sales report of BUSY, hover over the line between two columns until the cursor changes to a double arrow, then click and drag to resize. Alternatively, export the sales report to Excel for more detailed adjustments.

To check the account ledger of the date on which the payment is received, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Press ALT+L to open the account ledger window.
Step 2: Specify the account name then enter the date as required and open the report.

Yes you can make sure some column visible or some not through custom column click on custom column and give format name and enable or disable column according to your requirement and save format and open the report in given format name..

To ensure that all entered bills are visible in the BUSY, you can check follow reports:
Step 1: Press Alt + L and check the ledger to check bills or transactions entered bills are visible.
Step 2: In transactions check the list of vouchers.

To generate financial reports like profit and loss account in BUSY, you can get it from :
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Final results
Step 3 : Profit and loss a/c
Stpe 4 : Open the report as needed and check it

The voucher with the zero value does not in the ledger you can check in the voucher register from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on display and then account books
Step 2: Then account register and check required register with the date range

BUSY provides you various of sales analysis report with multiple combination for Parties and Items undet the Display menu. This report will help you to analyz your data. Further you can also add custom column in that reports as per the need.

It is possible that the column is not showing on the side because screen resolution issue or column not enable for show in Report click on custom column and enable this column for show in report and save format and reopen report.

You can view the sales register in different formats that you have added. When you open the sales register, you will see a list of formats to choose from. You can select the one that suits your needs and open the report.
