You may not see the bills adjustment in BUSY after entering the payment voucher if you have not adjusted the bill reference number in the Bill by Bill adjustment window.

The Update Master Balance utility in BUSY is designed to update the balances of all accounts and inventory. This utility doesnot display any mismatches that may exist within the data.

To resolve the issue with the bar/graph not showing properly in BUSY, make sure your s BUSY software to the latest version and your are selecting correct date range .

There are several reports in BUSY that can help you view Opening Balance, Debit, Credit and Closing Balance. Some of these reports are: Account Ledger, Closing Trial-Detailed, Account Summary, etc.

The BUSY may show your account balance in negative if there are debit entries or expenses that exceed your income or credit entries. This can result in a negative balance.

You can generate various reports in BUSY such as sale report,purchase report,tds report,GST reports and many more 
To check these reports go to display menu and view the reports accordingly

To view the ledger from the account alias in BUSY then make sure that while opening the ledger,you have select the account to be shown by Alias instead of Name.

You can view the multiple report from display menu.

 Step 2: Then Sales analysis
 Step 3: Then party wise

BUSY maintains various books of accounts such as cash book, bank book, purchase register, account book, inventory day book, and payroll book. Yes, they can be seen in the software.

The ledger balance may be showing incorrectly for a specific party due to incorrect entries made with that ledger. So you need to identify the wrong entry and correct it.
