How do I generate purchase registers?

To generate the purchase register in BUSY follow the steps 
1 go to display menu and click on account books
2 click on account register standard then click on purchase register
3 select all purchase type and all parties then select the date range and ok

How to resolve the settlement summary report?

To view the settlement summary report are: 
1. Go to display option and then select account summary option.
2. Then select settement summary option and then click on series or user as required.
3. Then mention date range and click on ok button to view report.

Yes, the daily report can be customized to show transaction modes separately through custom column option and you can also check our settlement details /summary report of account summary report from display menu. Settlement Details/Summary is specifically given to show settlement details in BUSY.

Does BUSY show a report of total cash on hand at the end of each day

Yes, BUSY shows a report of total cash on hand at the end of each day.
1. Display
2. Account Summary
3. Settelement Details
4. Select the Settelement mode
5. Specify the date-range
6. View the report. Also you can view the Cash in hand Account ledger report

How to consolidate data across date ranges in reports?

To consolidate data across all date ranges in the report, select the desired date range when opening the report and consolidate it through the summary option(F5) of the report.
Or you can check the consolidated account summary under Account Summary Report from the Display menu.

Where can I find turnover details for each customer?

For turnover Detail of each customer follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then go in account summary
2. Then go in party turnover detail
3. Select voucher type sale mention date range
4. Mention zero in consider turnover amount greater than and open Report

I am unable to find the consolidated summary option under Reports in BUSY. What is the path to access this report?

To access the consolidated summary report in BUSY.follow the following Step:
Step 1: Go to Display Menu
Step 2: Click on Account Summary option
Step 3: Under Account Summary option click on consolidate Summary Report.
Step 4: Choose between "Account-wise" or Account Group-wise based on your preference.

Can you explain me how to view account summary?

If you want to view the account summary in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then click on account summary sub menu
Step 2: Now you can see the various reports of account summary such as daily summary,consolidated summary etc

I'm experiencing difficulty viewing my complete account balance in BUSY. Currently, it only displays a partial amount. How can I ensure that the entire balance is visible?

To view the full account balance in BUSY, go to the display option and select the account summary. From there, select the daily balance option to view the complete account balance. or Please make sure that you have selected correct date range

The balance of my parties is showing zero after I have entered bad debts. How can I still see the bad debts amount separately?

There is no option to view bad debts separately if the balance is zero. you can create a separate account for bad debt expenses. This account is used to track the amount of money you expect to lose due to uncollectible debts.
