What is the process to post depreciation entries in BUSY

Please follow below mention steps for Post depreciation entry in BUSY:-
Step 1:-Display Tab
Step 2:-Depreciation Chart
Step 3:- Select account of depreciation and then all fixed asset will appear with respective depreciation rate.
Step 4:- Select fixed asset press "F4key for book depreciation charges press Yes if wants to book depreciation on all fixed asset

Will the full depreciation chart print out all at once or do I need to print each account separately

You can print depreciation chart print for all at once. Please follow below mention steps for print depreciation chart:-
Step 1:- Display Tab
Step 2:- Depreciation Chart
Step 3:- Select depreciation ledger all fixed assets will appear with respective depreciation rate on the top of report click on print option for printout or press "Alt+P"

How to correct incorrect fixed asset or depreciation entries posted in BUSY

Please follow below mention steps for the modification r change in depreciation entry:-
Step 1:- Transaction Tab
Step 2:- Journal Vocuher
Step 3:- Modify
Select voucher and then made changes.
For changes in fixed assets please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Masters
Step 3:- Account
Step 4:- Modify, select fixed assets and then made change

Step 3:- Select depreciation ledger all fixed assets will reflect with respective depreciation rate. Calculation of depreciation reflect in Depreciation to be charged filed

Step 5:- Check single ledger or group of fixed assets by selecting group of account

The reports Im trying to generate in BUSY are showing incorrect amounts What could be causing this

If the amount of reports show wrong then please reconcile entries on monthly base. Check in which month or date the amount start showing wrong do correction in entry and then check.

Why is the depreciation amount not showing consolidated for all assets and instead showing individually asset-wise?

The depreciation amount is calculated individually for each asset based on its depreciation rate in BUSY. Therefore, the depreciation amount is not consolidated for all assets. However, you can view the depreciation of all fixed assets consolidated in the Depreciation chart by checking the "Depreciation charged" column.

How can I preview the depreciation chart before printing in BUSY

Please follow below mention steps for perview the depreciation chart before printing:-
Step 1:- Display Tab
Step 2:- Depreciation Chart
Step 3:- Define depreciation ledger and then perview. It show all fixed assets with respective depreciation rate
