Step 3: Select the Cancelled Voucher Numbers option, choose the voucher type and set the date range. Then, click on the OK button/tab to view the report.

How is the age-wise pending payment summary report generated in BUSY, and what do the columns signify?

To see aging reports in BUSY and identify customers with outstanding payments, you can follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Displaysection or menu.

Step 4 :Find the option to mark the invoice as Paidor Closedin BUSY after applying the payment.
Step 5 :Confirm that both the payment and invoice are within the same accounting period or financial year.

There seems to be an issue with the credit list after updating How can this be fixed

If your outstanding list is not updated correctly, you can try these steps to fix it:
Make sure to take backup of your data befor maing any changes.
Step 1: Identify the account that has the issue and check if all the entries related to that account are recorded correctly.
Step 2: If the account has some opening balance, make sure it is reflected properly in the account master.
Step 3: Go to the Housekeeping menu and select “Update Master Balances”. Wait for the process to finish and check if the outstanding list is updated.
