How do I activate the software and resolve activation issues?

To activate your BUSY license, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
 Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
 Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
 Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
 Step 5: Fill in the required registration details such as Organisation name, address, contact number, etc. 
 Step 6: Provide your email id and password that you want to use for your BUSY account.
 Step 7: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
 Step 8: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.
 To resolve the issue while activate the license, you can these troubleshooting steps:
 Step 1: Make sure stable and fast internet connection.
 Step 2: Check the antivirus setting, and make sure it is not blocking the BUSY application to access internet.
 Step 3: Run BUSY as an administrator mode to avoid any permission error.
