BUSY running in demo mode at server system
The server system is running in demo mode. To fix this, there are two ways:
If you are using data on the server system, Dongle is running in demo mode. To fix this, follow these steps:
1. Need to attach the dongle to the USB port and also check in another USB port; this may be possible due to the USB port issue.
2. Also check another system's USB port if the same issue persists and is showing in demo mode.
3. Then you need to send us mail on Support@busy.in with the latterhead request and invoice and with all necessary details like company name, contact person, mobile number, registered mail ID, sr. no., etc.
If you are using data on the server system, Soft Lock is running in demo mode. To fix this, follow these steps:
1. You need to check if the licence file should be in the BUSYwin folder.
2. If the licence file is not in the BUSYwin folder, then you need to re-register the licence file or get a softlock licence file from the licence management option.
3. Also, due to an internet connection not being available in your system, the licence is not validating, so you have to connect your system to the internet and re-validate the licence.
