Can I email the GST return files directly from BUSY?

Yes, you can email the GST return report directly from BUSY,To send a GST report via email, you first need to configure your email settings in BUSY Accounitng Software,so you can do below things:
 Step 1:Go to Administration menu,
 Step 2:select Configuration,
 Step 3:click email configutaion,On clicking the Email configuration option window appears.
 Step 4:There are two options appear Email Sending Options and Senders Information In email sending option you can select Send Directly then click send report as PDF Attachment then set Server Configutaion as smtp.gmail.com then mention user name as your gmail id.
 Step 5:To generate the password you have to login your mail id fisrt then click the icon of your mail id then go manage your google accounts then go security then click 2 step verification then click Get started ,enter your mail passowrd then continue you will recieve a code on your mobile no. enter code Click next then click Turn on after that scroll down your cusrer there is a option App Password click that option mention App name 'BUSY' then click Generate thereafter window will appaear of app password copy that password then Go BUSY in email config and paste App password mention port by default it is 456 then click Test account settings if its showing Email sent Succesfully that means your configuration has been correctly Done, then you can save this configuration window.
 Step 6:After that, open the GST return report, then click on the Email option provided on the top of title bar. Mention the email address to which you want to send it, 
 and then click on Send. Your GST report will be sent via email.
