I want to cancel or withdraw an e-way bill that has already been generated from an invoice. How can I do this in BUSY?

To cancel or withdraw an e-way bill generated from an invoice in BUSY, you can typically follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to the transaction menu 
Step 2: Modify that invoice you need to Cancel 
Step 3: First of all, you need to Cancel a bill in BUSY by pressing ALT X to cancel an invoice 
Step 4: After Cancelling an invoice, an option will pop up for Do you want to Cancel E-waybill 
Step 5: Yes to cancel the E-waybill option from BUSY 
Otherwise, You can cancel that E-waybill directly from the portal within 24 hours of the generation if you do not want to cancel your invoice in a BUSY 
If you want to cancel the E-waybill from Portal, You can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Visit the official e-Way Bill portal and log in using your credentials (username and password) 
Step 2: Once logged in, the option usually found under the 'E-waybill' section 
Step 3: Click on the 'Cancel E-way Bill' or a similar button to initiate the cancellation process. 
Step 4: Enter the E-way Bill number that you wish to cancel 
Step 5: Provide a reason for the cancellation of the E-way Bill 
Step 6: Proceed for Cancellation
