Clarify the doubts regarding data security and backups during the importing and exporting processes.

For data security and backups you can follow below steps during export import processes:
 Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
 Step 2: Under configuration click on backup configuration.
 Step 3: Open the backup configuration then specify day wise data path for backup.
 Step 4: Then make yes to option prompt for backup at the time of closing company and save it.
 Step 5: As while closing your company it will ask for backup.
 Another thing you can go for BUSY agent and set up automatic backup in your Hard drive and also on google drive.
 Step 1: To setup the BUSY agent app go to your web browser and visit website busy.in/download.
 Step 2: Download the BUSY agent app and Install it after closing BUSY software app.
 Step 3: After installation configure it's three different tabs which is general configuration in which you have to specify data directory of data.
 Step 4: In second tab specify backup configuration and mention data path, select the company for which you want to take back up and time for data backup.
 Step 5: Third is of Google Drive backup as you have to specify your gmail ID and give access for drive,select the company for which you want to take back up and time for data backup.
 Step 6: After configuring the BUSY agent click on add to startup and this app is ready to take automatic backups.
