To add the new bank account to BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Masters and then Account.
Step 3: Click on Add Master and specify the bank account name and any relevant or necessary information to add the new bank account, like the account group as the bank account and the IFSC code as the bank account number, etc.

for change sales price for multiple item together in BUSY follow these steps 
 step 1: go to the bulk updations under administartion menu
 step 2: click on multiple item creations/modifications option 
 step 3: select modify existing master and load master list 
 step 4: after load all item list you can modify sales price for all item the save it

When you update the hsn code through multiple item creation or modification utility, the item name will remain same if you have not made changes in the name column. Further to remove unnecessary columns in bulk updations you need to click on select fields button and double click on that field which you don't want in the fields selected window then save.

To update the G.P ratio to update the balance sheet stock in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Take the backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on bulk updation.
Step 3: Choose the update balance sheet stock updation then tick on G.P ratio.
Step 4: Specify the G.P ratio percentage click on ok tab and update the stock.

To add item master in Bulk, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on bulk updation
Step 3: Choose multiple item creation/modification then select add new master
Step 4: Click on select field and select the required field then save it.
Step 5: Update the item details in window and save the data. 

To regenerate a manufacturing vouchers in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu then click on bulk updations sub menu.
Step 2: Select regenerate manufacturing vouchers option then select the bill of material from the dropdown.
Step 3: Enter the date range and tick on regenerate production voucher then press ok to proceed.

If in HO BO duplicate master created then follow the steps 
1 Go to administration menu in HO and click on bulk updation 
2 click on merge master and select accounts
3 select source account and target account and make Y on delete source account after 
merging data 
note account cant be deleted if have opening reference or opening balance 

If you want to merge or conosolidate entries of two different parties for one party
 then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Go to administration menu then bulk updations then merge masters.
 Step 2: Then accounts then select source account 
 Step 3: Then select target account in which you want to consolidate.
 Step 4: Then ok.

To change the account name after merging the data in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Select masters then choose account and click on modify.
Step 3: Select the account of which name you want to change and after opening it change the name as required then save changes. 

To update the tax category in item through bulk in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 3: Select Bulk updation then Choose Check/update item hsn/tax category.
Step 4: Select the item master range then you can update the tax category and save the window.
