What is the difference between replicating a voucher and replicating an item in BUSY Accounting Software?
In BUSY, there is option of voucher replication which allows to create same voucher on multiple times at once. And there is no option of item replication in BUSY.
Is it possible to merge accounts with no opening balance?
Yes, it is possible to merge accounts with no opening balance in BUSY. Further, if the source account exist with any opening balance then the data will not merge.
I need to rewrite the database to fix an issue with a voucher. What is the process for rewriting the database?
To rewrite the database to fix an issue with a voucher, you can go to the housekeeping option. In the housekeeping option, you will find the rewrite book.
Why am I still seeing a voucher number on my screen even after I have deleted it?
After Delete voucher number if you have deleted it ,please follow steps :
Step 1: Take a backup of data.
Step 2: Run Re-indexed database from House keeping menu.

You can access the Bulk Updations feature under the Administration tab after opening the company. Under the feature you can select the relevant option as per the requirements.
How can I check if the merge of my accounts was successful?
To check if the merge master of accoun was successful in BUSY, you can verify that all the data has been merged to the target account or not.
