To ensure that pending bills are shown correctly in the opening balance of the current years ledger,please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display Menu
Step 2: Select the trial Balance option 
Step 3 : Choose option Opening trial-mismatch from prev year. 
Step 4: This report shows the mismatch of the last to current year. 

To carry forward to the next financial year with New & Changed Masters, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on Change Financial Year and select the next financial year then press Yes.
Step 3: Select New & Changed Masters option then start the process.

To claim ITC of pending entries from previous year follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on change financial year to last financial year
Step 2: If ITC entries are not carry forward then again go to the last financial year
Step 3: Now select carry pending ITC Entries to next financial year

To switch the financial year to view data of a particular Year in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on change financial year.
Step 2: Select the required financial year then select yes to change financial year option.
Note: In BUSY, you can switch financial year by pressing F11 shortcut key.

can't delete or remove the opening GST balance from the software because of if you are worked in multi F.Y company then you can only change opening balance in beginning of the F.Y in company if you want to change opening balance then you need to spit F.Y and separate F.Y from original company.

To reset the company admin user then follow the below steps.
Step 1: You need to share the company data with us in winrar form to us on email Id support@busy.in
Step 2: Attach the letter head and when the company password get reset then you will receive the link from our side on your email.

To change the financial year in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Change Financial Year.
 Step 2: Choose either you want to change F.Y. or want to create new financial year.
 Step 3: Click on the start process and wait untill the process will complete.

To resolve the voucher date is out of range error while adding the voucher entry then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that you are entering the voucher in the current financial year date. 
Step 2: You need to check the books commencing date from the edit company option under Company menu.

To update the voucher series when moving from one financial year to another in BUSY, you can go to the voucher series configuration in the software. From there, you can make the necessary changes to the voucher numbering series. It is recommended to take a backup of the data before making any changes.

In BUSY, you need to forward the previous year balance to next year manually by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Click on Change Financial Year and select the next financial year then press Yes.
Step 3: Select New & Changed Masters option then start the process.
