To copy master and configurations from an existing company when creating a new company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select create company option then specify the company name, financial year, company address, Gst details.
Step 3: Now tick on copy masters and configuration then click on select company and choose existing company name.
Step 4: Click on save option to create a company.

To delete the old company's data from the directory, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: First open BUSY and go to set data directory and check the data path.
Step 2: Open that data path in your system drive and you will see all the companys with code number.
Step 3: So delete the company code folder which you want to delete or you can also cut and paste into other location.

No, you can record e commerce transaction with in BUSY , follow the steps :
Step 1: Now Go to Administration 
Step 2: Then Select Masters
Step 3: Click on Add to create a new e-commerce sale type
Step 4: Mention sale type master name then select region and taxation type
Step 5: Enable Sales through E-commerce Portal.
Step 6: Now mention portal name and save
Step 7: When posting sale choose the e commerce sale type 

If you want to add multiple mobile number while creating a company 
 then please follow given steps
 Step 1: Go to company menu then edit company option 
 Step 2: Then update mobile number here in tel. no. field 
 Step 3: You can enter maximum 3 mobile number maximum in standard.
 Step 4: Now for add more then three mobile number you need to create 
 advance format.

You can only change starting of financial year if you have only one financial year and no voucher is posted . If you start financial from October month then it will end at settember not March.
To change starting month of financial year , follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to company menu 
Step 2: select edit company 
Step 3: Change Financial year beginning from and book commencing from date then save

To add multiple businesses/GSTINs in your BUSY portal account, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to your BUSY portal account.
Step 2. Go to the "Settings" or "Profile" section.
Step 3. Look for the option to add a new business or GSTIN.
Step 4. Click on the option and enter the required details for the new business/GSTIN.
Step 5. Save the changes.
Step 6. Repeat the process to add more businesses/GSTINs to your account.

To restore a backup in BUSY Accounting software, go to the Company menu and select the Restore Data option. Choose the folder that contains the backup files and click on OK to start the restoring process. If the same data already exists, BUSY will provide an option to overwrite it. It is recommended to take a backup of the current data before restoring and to never overwrite the old data.

To create a new company and create a new account in BUSY software you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY and click on create company option
Step 2: Then you can fill the company credentials like name,gstin,address and state etc
Step 3: After that click on save button
Step 4: Then after creating a company click on administration option then click on masters option then select account and create a account

To configure your GSTIN in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then, go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and then GST / VAT.
Step 3: Here you can enter your GST number in the GSTIN field and save changes.
Step 4: You also need to set other tax information such as Type of dealer, Return Filing Frequency, etc in this page.

you can login to another company in BUSY by using the following steps:
 Step 1: If your already open an existing company then go to the Company Mneu
 Step 2: Click on Close Company
 Step 3: Go to the company Menu 
 Step 4: Click on Open company 
 Step 5: You will get the list of all company
 Step 6: Select the company whichever you want to open.
